1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ScanBox QR & Barcode scanner (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the ScanBox mobile application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ScanBox at any time.
3. Disclaimer of Data
ScanBox provides tools for scanning, decoding, and recording coordinates of barcodes and QR codes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, validity, reliability, or completeness of the decoded scan results or GPS data.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Any reliance you place on scanned information, product details, or coordinates generated by the app is strictly at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or ScanBox cancels it.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ScanBox, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScanBox operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
